Multiple board support

Finally I got round to it. Turns out it wasn't as big a job as I thought it would be.

It might be buggy, it might work flawlessly. I do know the default 4chan-b.cfg file works fine because I've been using it.

If you want to add support for a board, a little HOWTO is in the README file.

Also, if you do get a board fully working (please test it first), feel free to post the config file as a comment in this news post. I may make a forum later for them if it turns out to be popular.
