#7 Implement Extern Loading

Allow bluewave to load up extern data types from file. Should be implemented in a separate class from ObjectAccess. Should be functional enough to load up part of the file, different offsets etc. For Text Externs this can be quantified in String/Lines and for Binary Externs are in bytes and byte[] datatype.
