#5 Crash if sphinx.fsg missing

If the sphinx.fsg file is missing, then BNov will segfault when the user starts an utterance. (Specifically, when GStreamer tries to)

What we should do would be either not use the file if it's missing, or generate the file if it's missing. Either way, one useful thing would be to move the generation of this file out of the user's hands and into the Makefile system.
