Ok here it is , the BlueMoon IRCD project, thanks to the guys/gals at Souceforge for allowing us to host this project here.
we are at the planning stage at the moment please bear with us till we get some code in the CVS , this project will take a while due to being done from scratch and not using anyone elses code
