#1 bluediving-0.3 doesn't include attest.c

I discovered that bluediving-0.3 doesn't include the
attest.c file, even though the perl script checks for
it at start-up and fails to load if it isn't there.

There also appears to be a new requirement on mpg123,
which isn't listed on the homepage.
