I want to balance keeping the distro lightweight with including necessary software packages for the user.

I plan to keep the minimal install as lightweight and unbloated as possible while including a small handful of programs in the software pack edition. I want to collect opinions on what should be included for both versions.

Here is a list of the base software for both versions (accurate as of 19.04.1.4 on 07/15/2019). Let me know if you think something should be removed or included in the miminal install, the SPE, or both.
