[Blue-devel] Check in of new dynamic template code.

All,

I've checked in the first version of the dynamic template code. I've 
been updating this thread 
http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1674212&forum_id=545812 
with all the relevant information and it should give you a pretty good 
idea of where I'm going with the work.

I've also checked in an example of the new configuration files with 
dynamic_template examples & the new options within blue.cfg

I'd appreciate any comments.
