[Blue-devel] Blue Neb Module Interface.

All,

I've added a BlueNebModule interface to the package org.blue.nebmodules. 
The interface defines the methods required of all Blue NEB Modules. This 
work is a pre-cursor to doing something similar to NDOUtils.

Further to this I've also added an abstract class,
org.blue.nebmodules.BaseBlueNebModule, that can be used as a base from which
to implement Blue NEBModules. It simplifies the process of registering your
callbacks and deregistering your callbacks.
