Create a check-jmx plugin for monitoring of app servers.

I have an initial version that is JBoss dependent. Ideally we should have an app server neutral version that can be applied anywhere.

mx4j seems to be a good choice of libraries to make the plugin app server independent. This is on my "to-do" list.
