#26 Alternative program or version for The BLT Toolkit

When trying to install the BLT Toolkit, my laptop displays a message indicating that this program is not compatible with my computer and that I need to find an alternative version.
Please provide me with the alternative version or perhaps what is needed in order to make this program work on my computer. I'm using an HP Laptop, CORE I 7 (Windows 7)
