#16 Aqua BLT for MacOS X (without X11)

Due to some good work by Michael McFarlane we now have a pre-
alpha version of BLT2.4z which will compile and run (for a short
time anyway) using the Aqua Tcl/Tk distribution on MacOS X
without X11.

If anyone would like to help debug or improve this into a usable
product, please contact me.
