#30 Zip of files for Windows Installation

The windows installer fails with the error "Corrupt
Installation Detected" if the installing user doesn't
have admin privs on Windows XP. It isn't really a
corrupt installation, but it can't write to the Windows
system directory, so it aborts.

But you may not need admin privs to install the blt
library files. If this is the case, then you can just
copy the files into the right directories (in the Tcl
installation), and get a functioning BLT extension.

I have made a zip file containing just the files that
blt2.4z-for-tcl84.exe installed on my WinXP system. I
have successfully copied them into other ActiveTcl
installations. But I can't upload them here as a patch
file, because Sourceforge limits patch files to 256kB,
and the zip file is over 1MB. (BLT2.4.dll itself
compresses to about 500kB).

Perhaps this, or a similar file, could be provided as
an optional download.
