#17 Redraw command patch (updated)

The the graph redraw command option,
which allows to specify a command to be
executed everey time the graph is redraw.

This is useful to save frames or fix element
positions, specialy when the redraw event
is triggered from the C API library.

This pacth is update to the last cvs version
