#160 postscript BB is off

Bounding Box calculations seem wrong in v.3. Here are the results of running the same code:

.g postscript configure -landscape yes -width 7i -height 5i
.g postscript output $fname

under v.2.5.3 (as distributed by Ubuntu) and v.3.0 (as compiled from this source). Whatever patches that someone out there made to 2.5.3, or their equivalent, should probably be applied to this code.

Note that we still have a problem of non-ascii characters inherent to PostScript (the axis should be in "μs", not "1/4s", but there is no hope of teaching PostScript UTF... so long-run perhaps PostScript should be abandoned in favour of SVG or some other vector format (or even PDF?).

But the BoundingBox is definitely wrong.
