#11 hierbox and hiertable aestetics

The default icons for hierbox and hiertable are
different. I think that
they should the same images.

Also the default selection color are is not the same
for the both.
Moreover the global setted options ("*selectForground"
"*selectBackground") are ignored.

You're right. It makes sense for the widgets to look and
behave the same way. I'll fix this.

My suggestion to most people is to use the hiertable and
forget about the hierbox. If you don't create any columns,
the hiertable looks and works just like the hierbox. The
biggest advantage is that the hiertable uses tree objects.

The exception is 7.6/4.2 users who can't use the hiertable,
because it uses Tcl_Obj's.

I think I misunderstand the selectForeground,
selectBackground problem. They look like they work in
2.4v.
