I've contacted the owners of the images I used,
the files will be uploaded as soon as I have permission to bundle the images.
Otherwise there may be more of a delay, until I can find a suitable replacement for one of the images that I had to modify for this.
Worst case I'll just provide links for the images, but I will still need a replacement for the one I modified if that is the case.
