#16 bpc-ng-x11: Phased/cloaked display of (own) ship is broken

Sometimes the ship is correctly displayed for some
frames, but most of the time the ship is painted with
full lines while it is phased/cloaked (the correct
painting style is with dashed lines).

PS.: What caused the disorder that the bloodspilot-ng-x11
client is in? I hope it wasn't me.

I think when I moved moved the ng x11 client stuff over to bloodspilot, some stuff broke. I don't remember currently what was the plan but I think the idea was that we would maintain and merge these clients best parts. It's good to have many clients btw., so if one feels broken, one can compare with the others. Thanks for your efforts. kps / Samaseon
