[Blogcfc-develop] rss bug fixed

There was a small bug in the RSS feed. To be honest, I designed the RSS
feed by just looking at others. I _really_ need to spend some good time
and get a firm grasp on the syntax. I'm going to try to get in a review
for the RC, but I may wait till post release since it does work fine
now. The zip online has been updated.
