Ben,

I was doing that for several years with a [pagebreak] inline pseudo-tag, but
recently decided to change. Folks who tend toward writing essays won't
always have the most descriptive phrases in the opening paragraph of an
article... they need the ability to write specific intros/excerpts that
fully summarize the larger piece.
