[Blogcfc-develop] camden in the path

I'm not sure why org.camden.... is any different than org.apache.... (which
is the kind of thing everyone in java land accepts without any questions).

Of course, CFC's are a little different in that the location of a file
really does matter a lot (no ability to have a .jar, for instance).  But, at
the same time, it's good for there to be a very specific name space
(especially for something as generic as "blog.cfc").

Doing a global find-replace on the code if you want to change the location
of the blog.cfc seems like a small price to pay, IMO.
