#2 Settings screen does not save list of blogs
Issue:
------
View the Settings Dialog
Enter URL, Username, Password.
Click "Get Blogs"
The list of blogs is populated and the first item is selected.
Click "Apply"
Exit the application
Open the application again
Make a post to your blog, using the application.
Note that your post was successful, because your settings were indeed
saved.
Now click on File -> Settings
Note that the blogs list is not populated (even though your settings are
correct)
Expected Result:

After the first time the list of blogs is fetched from the server, they
should be saved in the blogcaster.properties file. Upon subsequent
viewing of the Settings Dialog, the list of available blogs that was
previously fetched should be displayed in the dropdown. The user
should not have to click "Get Blogs" every time they view the Settings
Dialog"
