#67 Support for MT features

Movable Type allows for categories, excerpts, and
extended entries. It would be great to have any and all
of these available through blogBuddy. If a new text area
wouldn't work for some reason, perhaps special tags
could be used within the entry itself, and blogBuddy
would recognize the content between the tags as the
appropriate section and send it there accordingly.
