Memory test routines in blob

Hi!

Is all the memory test routines working properly? I'm using a cvs snapshot
of a couple of days ago and I've tried the move-inverse test, address test,
and hardcore test on two different boards and they all seem to hang after a
while.

E.g. with the hardcore test I get:

with the address test I get:

and the same thing happens. I tried the move-inverse test a while ago on
LART as well and that didn't get far either.

Am I doing something stupid or is the memory checking broken?
