PCMCIA CLEANUP
Remove PCMCIA mess and do it like the ethernet driver stuff.
Probably breaks SA1111 PCMCIA stuff, but I'm the only one who
uses that anyway, and I'll fix. The SA11x0 stuff is still missing.
