Ramdisks fit _per_ _definition_, and large ramdisks don't make sense:

I understand what you mean, but you should solve it differently: If
there is no ramdisk downloaded, the ATAG_INITRD node should point to
flash, otherwise it should point to the location where the ramdisk was
downloaded.
