This time we fixed the problems with saving and loading playlists.
The database problem that preventing the correct setting for fixed transfer buffer size in the transfer control options is now solved.
Now the folder delivery driver will actuallly deliver where you specify.
In this release we have resolved a problem the tha button bar at the top of the play list tab page.
While preparing Alpha 4 changes to the way user interface this button bar failed to construct it internal features properly and it wasn't escalated during testing.

We've finally released some files!
Unless you want to compile the app from scratch, just download Blizzaga Media Library for now, and use run.bat or run.sh depending on your OS.
And we're active! The source has been uploaded from my PC, and is sitting in my repository, and we're close to being able to release something that's fit for public consumption- all we need to do is add some configuration options, so that users can set the location of their PSP or Memory Stick reader, and it'll be ready for some proper alpha testing...
