#1 Touch screen problems

Hello, makers of the blissroms

I have a problem with the update to 12.9 or 12.10 in either way the touch screen on my Mipad 4 does not respons.

What have I done wrong. 

When I click on install 

Twrp wil be opened 

It will be installed the chosen update

En then it will start up, but the touch screen will not work anymore. 

Can you help me
