#3 .pkl files not suitable for wide distribution

The datafiles are currently stored as python pickle files. As noted in the pickle docs (http://docs.python.org/library/pickle.html), these files pose a possible security risk in the event one tries to load a maliciously malformed pickle file.

In order to take community contributions of fingerprint data files, we'll want to migrate to a different (possible text-only) format.
