this one here finally makes the start/stop buttons work. Also fixed why the backup would not run. You could moved the call backup to the end of the startserver bat and remove the delay at the beginning of the backup.bat. Either works.
Will be working on an installer to help ease the installation process.
Hopefully this is at a stage now that it runs pretty smooth for most you admins. Next I have to revisted the log file commands, I see that is not working at the moment.
