I'm also having an issue with blat running on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit).
Whenever I run blat against any batch file I receive the same error:
"A Win32 command line eMail tool has stopped working."

In the batch file I've tried setting the server variables to localhost, host.domain.com, and ip address. McAfee is not installed, and the firewall is disabled.
