Would like to specify content types. This is useful for
creating vpim compliant attachments. Reference

I am not sure if "Content-Type" headers should be specified
on the command line, but there is code in the latest version
that will make an attempt to get the correct 'content-type'
from the registry for a given attachment. If no
'content-type' can be found, then blat will use the default
"text/plain", unless the use specified -html or -enriched.
Blat would know how to create the headers, since it already
does that now. If you create your own headers with boundary
markers, then these will not match what Blat creates for
attachments. Blat should be doing this work, not you.
So the question is, can you live with -althtml <filename> to
supply your plain text message?
