#8 Weird stuff if manually delete local "post" files

Save some posts from Blapp, so that your "Posts" window shows, say, 3
posts with their titles visible.

Now, go to the Finder and delete the post files by throwing them in the
trash.

Go back to Blapp and the 3 list items are still there, but they have lost
their names.

If Blapp knows enough about their disappearance to remove the names,
it should go ahead and remove the list entries altogether.
