#3 Using the 'Find' command

Using the 'Find' and 'Replace' command works, but only in that order.
If you try to use Replace without first using Find for the same character string, it fails.
Trying to use Replace more than once (with another target string) also fails - the only way for it to work
is to change the target string in 'Find' as well.
