improve cache in all aspects (surface sizes,
invalidating of individual surfaces, modifiable
surfaces, cache data structure).
Most importantly figure out dynamically how much
memory the cache can use up. Hardcoded like it is now
we either use too much for some graphics cards or have
to be content with the lowest common denominator.
