#91 shaded window titlebar colors

Like a way to set the title bar of a shaded window to
other colors, something like
window.shade.[un]focus.color or
window.title.shade.[un]focus.color. I find it
confusing when a shaded window's titlebar is on top of
an unshaded window's titlebar. Color is good enough
for me, but suppose should have settings for fonts and
everything else that can be set for focused and
unfocused windows.
