I'm running a bare Blackbox 0.70.1 (no bbkeys or bbpager) on a pretty standard x86_64 install of Debian 4.0.
The "Set Workspace Name" menu item in the toolbar options menu seems to be absent. Known omission, or my install weirdness?
I haven't got it either on SlackWare 12, so it's probably just an old feature that has been removed or never was present. If you really need it you could add a feature request and/or write a patch for it yourself.

I was previously using 0.65.0, and the "Edit current workspace name" action is available in the options menu. My guess is that it was forgotten in the 0.70.0 update?
