#14 Proxy Username and Password Support

Add the ability to preconfigure the Weather and Stock
quote plugin to login to proxy.

My company forces our connection to BES and we
need to log into proxy all the time which causes these
applets to fail. The workaround I have is to first browse
the web and then do an update on BBToday. Since the
password is cached for a short time on the server so it
kind of works.

Setting the options within the preferences of this tool
would be best.
