[Bkm-users] problem starting BM 4.0.0

I have been running Bookmark Manager 4.0.0 on one WinXP machine for a couple weeks without incident. I just installed on a second WinXP machine and have a peculiar situation.

When I start the program (whether from the start menu or double-clicking original in Program Files), this causes Windows Installer for Dell Picture Studio to run! I press cancel and it runs again. I cancel again; it runs again. This happens 2 to 4 times. THEN Bookmark Manager starts properly and runs fine. Any idea how to fix this peculiar behavior??
