#100 Proxy / Firewall Settings to be added

If BKM is used sitting behind a firewall, several
features do not work: Import from intranet address,
FTP functionalities, looking for BKM updates.

Therefore it should be possible to have a
configuration dialog to add the servername + port, the
connection method (typically command 'USER
username@computername', but there are some more)
