#85 systray behaviour erratic

Running Windows XP Pro with SP2.

I try to set the system tray behaviour to "Always Show"
but this is very rarely remembered over a reboot. It
seems to like going back to the default behaviour
of "Hide when inactive". This is the only app that gives
me this problem and so I assume it is an app bug.

It may be related to the fact that there is no name
associated with the application icon in the system tray.
When hovering the mouse pointer over the icon in the
systray, there is no tooltip whereas other apps display
their name and when viewing the system tray in the
Customize Notifications dialog (Start -> Properties ->
Taskbar -> Customize) the BookManager icon has "<no
title> displayed against it, whereas all other icons have
the app name.

I've added a title to the system tray icon. If that was the
problem, it will be fixed, but it might not have been the
problem to begin with. Please test again after the pre7
release and reopen this bug if you have the same problem.
