#169 use of user variables is not possible

When I use user variables in a link (i.e.: %DATA%\Organisation\ToDo.xls) the bookmark manager tells me, that it is a wrong built link I double-click it.

I need to use the user variables, because I want to use the bookmark manager on different computers where the base path is different.

Am I doing something wrong or is this feature really not implemented ?
