Update: I have tried to do this, but currently did not
achieve this. I'll try to realize the UTF8 algorithm with
Visual Basic again.

I now convert all all characters that fit into 8 bytes. The
other characters are replaced with a question mark. I hope
this is fine for you all. Please tell me if it works.
I have activated this conversion for Netscape and Opera
import. I think Internet Explorer doesn't store it's
bookmarks as UTF8.
