#157 Export to Mozilla/Firefox unreliable

Hello

Your program is great, I really like it!

The import is working fine for both Firefox and IE browser. But there are problems mapping the folders/bookmarks correctly when exporting to Firefox. I am using v2.0.0.4 and the latest version of your program.

Whenever I export to Firefox, I never end up with an identical set of bookmarks. The results get chopped and seem to become corrupted in that one folders contents are in anothers, and half of the folders don't even show. It's really messed up!
