#146 Import from Opera screwed if titles contain umlauts (ä,ö...)

Bookmarks imported from Opera (version 8 or 9) is srewed up, if there are "umlauts" in the titles. It seems that Opera is using Unicode format for the bookmarks file. If imported incorrectly, the umlauts show up as strange characters. I have seen defect in many other bookmark management programs by the way...
