Well i tell you this: is possibile to have a module that track, record , create many ticket trouble.
Every ticket with a unique ID must to assign to a user agent. It must to know in every moment how time is spent to resolv item.
This module integrated in bitweaver shall avoid use of external softwarwe like RT or OTRS.
