Along the lines of Sendcard, but attempts to integrate this fully have failed on our site due to the incompatiblity of the php lib with smarty.

Perhaps this could be achieved by extending Fisheye with a UI and using the newsletter mailer protocols?

Done this way a user could upload their own images to use as well as there being standard defaults.
