#552 Wiki pages with umlauts in title get lost

When creating a wiki page containing umlauts ("Überflüssige Seite"), it correctly gets listed in the Recent Changes block, or List Content list. But when clicking the link, the site cannot be found.

When hovering over the link, the URL (Recent Changes block, or List Content) shows up as:
<bwbase>/wiki/index.php?page=Überflüssige+Seite

However, when creating a Blog Post (title: "Auch Überflüssig"), the created link (in Recent Changes block, or List Content) work:
<bwbase>/blogs/view_post.php?content_id=121
