&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;cmdline$ CourseSync remove AAOC C222 BITS C999 CS C361&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;by executing the above, one will remove AAOC C222 - Optimization, BITS C999 - doesnt exist and CS C361 to their course list, these courses are removed from the course list that will be referenced on initiation of the sync process.&lt;/p&gt;
