Please Keep in mind this application doesn't have any GUI and has to be run on command-line.
Assuming you have understood the above, lets move on...

Which Platform are you on?

If you are on a Windows go ahead to the Files link and download the appropriate version for your computer,if your System is:
Windows 32bit
Windows 64bit
Warning i have not personally checked the working / proper functioning of the windows version
Go ahead and download the appropriate version,
and use cmd to run when you require with the correct command line arguments.

If you are a Linux / Mac user / Unix user, you have two options,
If you are comfortable with shell script based installation, then i suggest you go in for the lightest of the options,
which is actually downloading the .tar.gz file, uncompressing and running the install.sh file.
If you are not comfortable with the shell script based install process and all you want is the executable without man pages and the other Swanky stuff,
i suggest u go ahead and download your version of the precompiled architecture independent binaries.
Linux x86 precompiled
Linux x86_64 precompiled
Mac precompiled
Generic Unix / Linux - shell script install
if required as said earlier please run Chmod / Chown or the equivalent Windows commands
if any permissions / ownership issues pop up while trying to run.
