Well to add a course to the course list, one uses the command line argument add followed by the course code or Multiple course codes.

cmdline$ CourseSync add AAOC C222 BITS C999 CS C361

by executing the above, one will add AAOC C222 - Optimization, BITS C999 - doesnt exist and CS C361 to their course list, these courses are added to the course list and will be referenced on initiation of the sync process,

** warning although it doesnt hurt if you add a course twice, since only one folder and its set of files will be downloaded, the add function does accept multiple copies at the same time and over multiple adds also. **
